Instinctive HealthPass serves individuals with high deductibles and maximum-out-of-pocket (MOOPs) costs who want predictable healthcare costs at participating ER, urgent care, pediatrics, and primary care. Higher MOOPs typically mean higher potential patient costs, so pricing scales to keep the program sustainable. Pricing starts at $800 annually for you and all dependents list on your insurance plan.
Does Instinctive HealthPass replace my insurance?
No. Our program is a membership that covers your patient responsibility at our participating facilities. Please keep your current insurance active.
What do I get with Instinctive HealthPass?
One membership covers unlimited eligible visits at participating facilities with no copays or deductibles at the time of service. See details on Our Program or go to Sign Up.
Does Instinctive HealthPass work at any ER or clinic?
HealthPass applies only at participating facilities (El Mirage, Fountain Hills, and Gilbert). Benefits won’t apply at non-participating locations. Visit our locations page!

How does the Instinctive HealthPass subscription work?
